I also share my example of trying to lose weight and what stopped me for so many years.

    Kat, you’re right! It’s not a matter of what, it’s a matter of why! If we know the reasons behind our goals, it is most likey that we reach them. There are numerous of tips on how to accomplish almost every kind of goal out there but not everyone has attained their goal yet. This is an evidence that it is not the ultimate importance to get a hands on every advice on what to do in order to reach your goals. The answer and motivation lies within you, it is the answer to why you are doing those things.

    Thank you for this! I always forget to reflect and address my inner thoughts and belief systems. We do have to take time in evaluating our thoughts for before diving in and taking action. I am believer of always being prepared before taking on an “adventure.”

      Spot on Demi. Our inner thoughts and belief systems are what’s controlling our behavior anyway, so it’s very important to take some time to reflect.

    I am loving this! This is exactly what I needed! I will take these steps with me wherever I go: being aware of yourself, detaching yourself from it and recognizing that you are not bound to those belief systems (example: having self doubt), create a new belief system and decide on how you want to be, and be open to all solutions that will be offered to you because there is an infinite possibility out there. Thank you for making this podcast!

    It’s great that you really make your podcast personal. I love the way that you used your weight loss goal as an example. I can relate to this so much because I struggle in avoiding the food that normally eat. Can you also make a separate podcast for the last step? I want to learn more how to be open and allow the universe to present its ideas. ๐Ÿ˜›

    We have the same goal! I want to be fit but at the same time happy with what I am eating. I don’t want to just look good on the outside but not happy because I am depriving myself. I will use these steps in reaching my target weight and with my other dreams as well. It is true that there is information overload and we miss the vital action that we really need to do. People who would want to transform something in their lives must hear this first before doing anything else! ๐Ÿ˜€
